TONS OF SNOW AND NEW SPA PACKAGES!

This is the winter to embrace our winter wonderland. We are pleased to offer our guests exclusive arrangements at New England's newest and largest Spa as part of your ye Olde Enlgand Inne holiday. See the Packages page for additional information.

The giant roadside snow banks and mini snow mountains dotted everywhere in town grow daily. The conditions are so spectacular that even our Executive Chef, Sam hasdecided to learn how to snowboard! Our downhill packages offer the bestvalues in the area so come up to Stowe and join us for some real winter fun, do not procrastinate, life is short and conditions like this are very special.

Take advantage of our new arrangements with a local dog sled excusrion provider for an experience of a lifetime. The snowmobiling is second to none. The VAST trail network offers hundreds of miles of marked trails in the area. I have never seen a snowmobiler return to the Inn without sporting a huge smile resulting from the satisfaction and thrill one experiences when zooming across snow meadows and through fluffy snowdrifts. Come on and try it out.

If it's romance you desire, then let us arrange a romantic sleigh ride snuggled
beneath a warm rug followed by a sumptuous dinner for two. Could there be
anything better? This really is a winter wonderland, the woodsmoke
floating on the crisp mountain air, massive conifers sagging beneath the
weight of freshly fallen snow, sparkling lights reflecting off the white
scenery.

For dining our restaurants are famous. We were just selected by The New York
Times as "THE" place for Saturday night dinner and Chef Sam has been selected
to represent the State of Vermont for a Boston cooking show scheduled for
this May. His menus are cutting edge in the creative blending of flavors and

Our selection of malt whiskies developed by our Scotch Guru George is
unrivalled in the region. Currently the assemblage numbers 50; his goal is
100. When you visit us, do ask for George in Mr Pickwick's his knowledge will
captivate and impress you not to mention the experience you will savor as you
enjoy some of the worlds finest and rarest distillates.

Our cosy Laura Ashley style rooms and beautiful spacious suites all offer
thoughtful luxuries. Champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a dozen red
roses; anything you wish can be in your room upon your arrival. Just let us
